- Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Store pickup allows you to place an order online and collect it from our store at your convenience. Simply select "Store Pickup" as your delivery option during checkout, and we’ll prepare your order for collection.
Store pickup is completely free. There are no additional fees for choosing this option.
Orders are typically ready for pickup within 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation email or notification as soon as your order is available for collection.
Please bring the following:
- Your order confirmation email (printed or digital)
- A valid photo ID that matches the name on the order
Someone else can collect your order, but they must bring:
- The order confirmation email
- A copy of your valid photo ID
We will hold your order for 7 days from the date it is ready for pickup. If you are unable to collect it within this time, please contact us to make alternative arrangements.
